The React and Vue SDKs travel inside the Composer package. One license covers PHP and JavaScript. There is nothing to install from the public npm registry.
What a license is not
- Not a runtime license server. Composer authenticates when you
require / update. Page requests do not phone home.
- Not a restriction on the MIT core package.

Store credentials in auth.json (gitignored) or the project’s Composer config — never commit license keys.
